'When I accept myself as I am, then I can change'- Carl Rogers, On Becoming a Person
About Me
|
I am Jen (they/them), PNCPS Acc. I'm a person-centred therapist working with those exploring changes and striving for authenticity. I identify as queer and trans non-binary, and this informs my approach to therapy and to life more broadly. I say more about my LGBTQIA+ work here.
I support clients to navigate all kinds of transitions and big changes and decisions, entering different life stages and living more as themselves. My practice is neurodivergent affirming and anti-oppressive. I acknowledge the context, including structural inequalities affecting marginalised and minoritised groups. |
